Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total:
- Lebanon: $4 shipping fee on orders under $50. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- International: $15 shipping fee on orders under $200. Free shipping on orders of $200 or more.
Applicable taxes and any promotional discounts are applied during checkout before the final total is displayed.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Lebanon and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Lebanon: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has left our facility.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including building name, floor, apartment number, and a reachable phone number.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
You can also track your order status by visiting the order tracking page on our website or through your account order history.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners may attempt delivery more than once if you are unavailable. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a local depot or returned to us.
Please contact us promptly if you experience any delivery issues so we can assist you.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy where applicable.
9. Customs & International Orders
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes.
